HR Service Center
In consultation, service and project management by the employee responsible for our project on the part of joka HR Services, we carried out a comprehensive and detailed inventory of the pension portfolio in the first step. In the second step, we jointly developed a concept for the realignment of the pension portfolio of our company with 60 years of company history.
joka HR Services, and in particular the employee responsible for our project, achieved the targeted goals by the end of the project on 31 March 2023 and thus made a significant contribution to the success of the realignment of the pension portfolio of our company. All the tasks assigned were carried out with great care and to our complete satisfaction. The issues were always approached in a solution-oriented manner. Adequate and flexible solutions were always found, which also took HR compliance into account and fit into the corporate culture. In contact with our employees, tact was demonstrated and clear communication was implemented. Tasks planned in the project, as well as unplanned, were implemented effectively. In unclear situations, the project management function always found a solution.

Right from the start of the first talks on the planned project, joka HR Services was able to convince us with its flexibility as well as its communicative and open manner.
